We planned and executed our move from Strasbourg to Göttingen with Steus Logistics. We were extremely satisfied with the service. The movers arrived on time as agreed on moving day and were incredibly friendly. Communication on the day was excellent, and all our belongings were packed properly and arrived at our new apartment undamaged. The team was even faster than planned, transporting the furniture, boxes, etc., to Göttingen on the same day and unpacking and assembling the furniture that same evening, instead of the next day as originally agreed. However, they did ask for our input beforehand. Had we insisted on everything being done as planned, that would have been fine too. We were happy to have our belongings earlier and gained an entire day. We definitely recommend Steus and will use them again in the future (if we ever move again).

The movers were punctual and very friendly. I thought transporting a sofa to another apartment would be no problem for the professionals. Unfortunately, I hadn't measured anything, and we discovered that the sofa simply wouldn't fit through the door frame :-(. Luckily, we hired professionals, and they quickly maneuvered it over the second-floor balcony into the living room. I can recommend the company and its motivated employees without hesitation. A definite 5 stars. Until the next job. Thank you very much.

Moving from Bavaria to Normandy. Everything went perfectly: competent and solution-oriented logistics from Mr. Schiffmacher in advance. The crew did a first-class job – nothing was damaged, nothing was broken. They arrived way ahead of schedule, excellent communication, and a great atmosphere – my next move will be with Steus again...though hopefully not for many years! Thank you!

I moved from the Swabian Alps to East Frisia on July 16, 2024. The preliminary discussions with Mr. Schiffmacher were very professional and friendly. This gave me peace of mind for the upcoming move. The furniture lift I had booked was even delivered a day early. The motivated and energetic movers arrived very punctually on the moving day, all the furniture was packed professionally, and the move went smoothly. My furniture was delivered the next day, after almost 800 km and prior scheduling, by three strong movers, safely and without damage. This day, too, went professionally, quickly, and without any major damage. Because showing appreciation is important to me, the movers were rewarded with a generous breakfast. I would definitely use this moving company again. 👍👍 Conclusion: I can't understand some of the negative experiences mentioned here. Perhaps one should consider whether one, as the "customer," did everything right? And not take out one's frustration from one's own poor planning on the moving company? 😉

We are completely satisfied with the move Steus Logistik carried out for us from Esslingen am Neckar to Lüneburg. The team was exceptionally friendly, very considerate, and incredibly fast. The movers worked professionally and efficiently from the very beginning, while always remaining friendly and helpful, which made the entire move very pleasant. We were impressed by how carefully everything was handled and packed. We would especially like to highlight the excellent communication, flexibility, and speed – we couldn't have imagined a better move! We received a delivery from Velux Germany today, which was delivered by Steus Logistics. They also have friendly and helpful drivers! 👍👍👍 The delivery was handled properly. The driver (Mr. Bayer) was supposed to pick up other Velux goods at the same time, but I told him it wasn't possible to give them to him because they were stored on the high shelf and our forklift was out of order. When I inquired about scheduling another pickup, he sorted everything out and arranged for another pickup next week. He also filled out all the delivery slips with me and took the time to explain everything to me. ... A big thank you to the helpful and friendly young man! Every boss these days would be lucky to have such dedicated and hardworking employees. I highly recommend Steus Logistik. Keep up the good work! 👍👍👍 Best regards, Ms. Miersch

I hired STEUS Logistik at short notice to help me with a big move (contact on Wednesday for Friday/Saturday). They sent me Vladimir and I was thrilled 🤩 ! Vladimir is such a hard worker. He controlled and organized everything. I would have just piled everything in the van but he did it with structure and we only had to make one trip on the first day. He got everything in neatly and safely. He is polite and helpful. I can't say enough about him! Vladimir, thank you for all your help and the great work you do 🙏🏼. The company is lucky to have you. I can highly recommend Steus Transport. We received our Velux skylights today. Mr. Baier was punctual and in a great mood, even at 6:30 a.m. He was very friendly and helpful and even took the time to chat with us for a few minutes. Hello, we moved over 500 km to North Rhine-Westphalia with STEUS at the end of 2024, and I finally wanted to express my praise! It was absolutely professional and problem-free, and all 6 men were super friendly! The guys are incredibly good and persistent workers - RESPECT!! Problems are easily solved, and there's no whining. Mr. Schiffmacher (company boss) has everything under control and offers fair prices, too. It was a truly extensive move, and there's nothing to complain about. The guys even managed to fit my motorcycle in with the move. I wasn't expecting that at all. GREAT! 'Can't do, can't do,' is their motto. Payment was also problem-free. Make a down payment beforehand and pay by debit card at the end after the last piece of furniture has been moved. Just follow the rules, and it'll work out (just a tip for special customers). Moving isn't a kindergarten game. We immediately recommended STEUS to a friend. CONCLUSION: They are true professionals! Not like the many other duds and black sheep in this industry. Unreservedly recommended! Keep it up!!
